Wonderful staff. Very interactive with all guests and very nice modern clean hotel.
My three week stay could not have been better! Everyone was very friendly and always helpful. The housekeeping staff was very thorough and always smiling. I loved the clean, white, comfortable bedding. The kitchen had everything I needed and housekeeping even did the dishes! I was at the hotel during the day and witnessed thorough cleaning everywhere, regularly. My favorite amenity was the large, always clean propane grill. They even had all the grill tools I needed. I've never had a hotel stay that was as good as this one.
I stayed several months in this hotel. It’s equipped with a kitchen incl. dishwasher and sink disposal. The bed and sheets are comfortable, and the shower gets very hot. The front desk staff and maids are very friendly and go beyond to make your visit even more comfortable. If something needs to be fixed, they are quick to do so. They have 3 washers/dryers - accepts card for $3 each. The hotel is very clean, the area feels safe, there’s plenty of free parking and it‘s pet friendly.
This was a nice place to stay, not great, just nice. Yet, compared to the competition across the street which is about half the price, it’s really not worth it. They are comparable in quality and comfort.
Pretty standard TownePlace suites. No complaints. Very nice guy at front desk. Oh, the shower door fell off, which could have been painful, luckily I caught it, lol. Hotel is a little old, but it was a good value, and is what I expect from a TownPlace suites.
Nice for long stays. I found room excellent cleanliness, cheers on the housekeeping ladies. Gym is small but enough to have a complete session. Breakfast is really good as well... I was recognized as Titanium Elite. The only thing they can improve is the coffee.
My company sent for training and they put me up here. I loved my room and the beautiful view. It was very nice with microwave, toaster, fridge and even had dishes for me to use. The breakfast was really nice and as was the young girls working the desk.
The hotel is in a good location with good parking. The room was large, clean and had very nice amenities. I appreciated the coffee and toiletries. I used the gym and it was basic but the treadmills were modern and in good order. The staff at the reception were top notch. They were never too busy to assist me and did so always in a friendly manner.
